Tracking and Targeted Advertising

We respect your privacy. We do not utilize your personal data for the purposes of tracking you across websites, apps or email (i.e., there is no spyware in our emails, and we do not send bulk messages).

In our digital advertising, our targeting is based on the keywords you type into your search engine, and on age and location; i.e., we set our campaigns to only show to adults in the Ottawa area, where that information is available. We regularly decline and disable more invasive options being offered by Google and Bing - so if you do see an ad from us that you think found you in an intrusive way, please let us know.
