I woke up one morning in the summer of 2005 to realize that I was unhappy; I was angry and I was in an unhealthy, failing marriage. My confidence had all but disappeared. I was in pretty rough shape emotionally and knew deep down that something was wrong. By the end of that summer I decided that I would proactively try to improve myself and so I sought professional help.

After researching counsellors in the area, I decided to meet with Bob West based on his educational background and a referral I had received from another happy client of his. For financial reasons I required his services to be covered by my insurance policy, which they were.

I remember that during my first session with Bob I had an immediate connection and trust with him. The counselling process was steady and with Bob’s help I was able to make the changes required in my life to feel better. After putting in the work, I was able to obtain a sense of peace and happiness that I had never known before. Bob, without a doubt, helped me turn my life around in the most positive way!

Today, years later, I look forward to my meetings with Bob. The days of crisis, anger and unhappiness are long gone. I utilize Bob now as a life coach and discuss relevant life situations with him as they arise. I have had multiple experiences with close to a dozen different social workers and psychologists. Based on my experience, I would suggest that Bob is elite in his field. I highly respect his ability, effectiveness and professionalism as a counsellor and would absolutely recommend Bob as someone to consider if in search for individual, couple/marriage and/or family counselling services.
